Refund policy

At Infinite HVAC Filters, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Products that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Custom Orders

Custom-sized or specially manufactured filters are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were manufactured incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your shipment is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue promptly.

If the claim is approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Authorization

Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization and return instructions. Returns received without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you ordered the wrong product or no longer need the item, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
