Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Custom-sized and made-to-order filters are manufactured according to customer specifications. Unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured, custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
